Founder & Music Therapist

My interest in music therapy began in high school. I experienced how music can be a lifeline when coping with family conflict, grief and stress. I felt how music can create a place that feels safe in chaos, connect you to your feelings, and bring self expression and relief. Music was my source of resilience. Today, I'm passionate about helping others to find that same relief, resilience, and recovery through music therapy.

My approach focuses on first helping you to connect to your feelings and express yourself, then developing coping/regulation skills and implementing real life solutions. I specialize in using music as a therapeutic tool, but our sessions also incorporate talking through challenges, and other creative activities (writing, art, movement) in addition to music.
